The 1030 composite autoclave machine for carbon fiber materials is customized according our customer' processing needs. The processing area of the 1030 composite autoclave is 1000mm * 3000mm. This autoclave Max. Max. working pressure 10bar and Max. operating temperature 200℃.

Autoclave body: Including heating device, temperature circulation device, vacuum device, safety interlock device, tankinsulation, quick-open door, material truck, high temperature and high pressure fan, etc.

Siemens PLC Control System

Siemens computer control system automatically controls temperature, pressure, vacuum, curing time, can store temperature and pressure working curves, can set multiple curing processes, and each process can be heated in multiple stages, etc

Vacuum device: 4-ports vacuum, vacuum valve, filter, vacuum buffer tank,3kW vacuum pump, etc.

Cooling device: 10P chiller, water tank, circulating pump, connecting pipeline

Insulation: Aluminum silicate insulation cotton

Material cart: Stainless steel outer lining of flat cart
