Through Type/Conveyor Belt Sand Blasting Machine Operation

The Through Type/Conveyor Belt Sand Blasting Machine functions by utilizing a conveyor belt system. Operators simply place the workpiece on the belt, and as it enters the blasting station, automatic blasting guns swing into action. Once blasting is complete, the workpiece moves into a cleaning chamber where abrasives and dust are removed from its surface. Finally, the workpiece is manually removed from the other end of the conveyor.

Our through-belt machines feature pre-positioned blasting guns that target the components as they are transported into and out of the blast chamber on an adjustable-speed rubber or steel mesh belt. These machines can accommodate up to 6-16 suction-blast guns, which are mounted to sweep the parts in a synchronized linear motion with the continuous movement of the belt.
