Phase 1: Initial Vacuum Establishment
The wooden pile, securely placed on the trolley of the autoclave, is situated inside the facility to commence the process.
The secure sealing of the door initiates the vacuum pump, initiating the treatment. This initial stage, crucial for a successful cycle, eliminates air from the wood pores, creating a vacuum that allows the wood to effectively absorb the preserving solution.
The duration of this vacuum phase ranges from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the wood's characteristics.
Phase 2: Solution Filling
Once the initial vacuum is complete, it is used to transfer the treatment solution from the lower tank to the autoclave positioned overhead.
A level sensor regulates the filling phase, sending control signals to the plant computer.
Phase 3: Pressure Application
The third phase involves forcibly driving the solution into the wood. Depending on the wood's characteristics, the pressure pump operates for 30 to 180 minutes.
The combined action with the vacuum ensures that the active agents penetrate deep into the wood, providing long-lasting protection.
Phase 4: Solution Discharge
After the treatment phases are completed, the solution not absorbed by the wood is returned to the lower tank through a discharge valve at the autoclave's base.
Specialized automatic systems replenish the salt content and restore the impregnant level, preparing it for a new cycle. All unused solution is recycled for a fresh cycle, eliminating waste.
Phase 5: Recovery Vacuum
A subsequent vacuum phase lasting 20-40 minutes enhances the bonding of active principles within the wood.
This phase is essential during the "dripping" stage of the treated material.
Phase 6: Cycle Completion
At the end of the impregnation cycle, the autoclave returns to atmospheric pressure, and the wood is ready for subsequent processing stages.
The use of Wood Vacuum Impregnation Autoclave aims to protect wood from weathering and attacks by insects and fungi that quickly degrade its structure. This type of treatment also significantly reduces maintenance costs. The use of these plants is recommended for products such as:
Garden furniture
Brushes
Fences
Prefabricated building elements
Truck platforms
Flooring
Naval fittings
Agricultural stilts
Packaging
Quick door opening mode: manual quick door opening, electric door opening, hydraulic automatic door opening.
Safety chain mode of closing :(1) automatic pressure safety chain (2) manual safety chain (3) completely solve the safety hidden trouble caused by workers' wrong operation
Anti-corrosion tank control mode: electric automatic control, PLC computer automatic control, manual control three modes
The anticorrosive wood is fireproof, anticorrosive, mildewproof, mothproof and termite proof
The immersion depth of anticorrosive wood is 5-30mm, and the anticorrosive life is 20-50 years
Improve the stability of wood, and the protection of anti-corrosion wood for outdoor wood structure is more important
The anticorrosive wood is easy to be painted and colored, and can achieve a magnificent effect according to the design requirements.
