Pipes Shot Blast Machine with Roller Conveyor

A pipes shot blast machine with roller conveyor is a specialized piece of equipment designed for the surface treatment of cylindrical components, such as pipes and tubes. This machine combines the efficiency of shot blasting technology with the convenience of a roller conveyor system, making it highly effective for cleaning, descaling, rust removal, and surface preparation of pipes before further processing or coating.

How Pipe Blasting Equipment Works?

  1. Loading: Pipes are loaded onto the roller conveyor, which feeds them into the blasting chamber. The conveyor speed can be adjusted to match the required throughput and ensure optimal blasting exposure.

  2. Blasting Chamber: Inside the chamber, one or more blast turbines propel abrasive media (such as steel shots or grit) at high velocity towards the rotating pipes. The rotation ensures uniform cleaning and treatment of the entire pipe surface.

  3. Abrasive Recovery: After impacting the pipes, the used abrasive falls through the system where it is collected, cleaned, and recycled back to the blast turbines. This process is efficient and reduces waste.

  4. Dust Collection: A dust collection system is integrated to remove and collect dust and debris generated during the blasting process, ensuring a clean working environment and compliance with health and safety regulations.

  5. Unloading: After exiting the blasting chamber, the treated pipes continue along the roller conveyor to the unloading area, where they are removed for further processing or finishing.
